Who it's for

The pain in your own words, and the one-line answer.

Independent tutors, trainers and coaches

The pain todayCalendly free tier for one calendar, a Zoom link pasted by hand, Stripe links in a spreadsheet, reminders typed into WhatsApp.
The answerA branded booking page, packages and credits, automatic links and reminders, and a record of every session, from one flat monthly price.

Training organisations with an instructor team

The pain todayStudents email to ask who is free; staff make the meeting link, update the calendar and send the template by hand; nobody knows who got tutoring and who didn't.
The answerStudents book the service; the right instructor is assigned by skill and load; the link, the calendar entry and the CRM record are created for you.

Certification and regulated training providers

The pain todayCompetency exams need a busy assessor on the call, so they wait weeks; sign-offs live in email; accreditors want evidence.
The answerExams record automatically, land in a review queue with the transcript, and are signed off on the reviewer's own time with a full audit trail.

If you run live, human-led sessions and do not want an LMS, this is the layer that was missing between your scheduler and your inbox.

How it works

Three steps, then it runs itself.

1

Students book a service, not a person.

Your catalog groups what you offer — tutoring, advising, assessments, labs — and shows one merged calendar across every qualified instructor. Four taps on a phone and they're booked.

We handle everything after the click.

The instructor is chosen by skill and load (and the reason is shown), the Teams, Zoom or Meet link is created under their account, calendars update, and the student gets the link by text and email. Reminders go out at 24 hours and 1 hour.

Every session becomes a record.

Attendance and a session note in one tap; recorded assessments land in a review queue with the transcript for sign-off; outcomes write back to Zoho CRM or HubSpot. You finally know who got help, who didn't show, and who is ready to certify.

Innovations and AI

Less to configure, not more.

Our AI removes steps from your day. It never signs off, grades or messages a learner on its own.

Recording-to-sign-off Pilot start

Assessments record themselves, arrive with a transcript, and get signed off on the reviewer's own time.

Nobody else connects the booking, the recording and the approval.

AI pre-scoring with evidence Rolling out

The rubric is pre-scored with a timestamp for every item. Reviewers confirm or correct; the decision is always theirs.

Suggestions with evidence, never verdicts; audit record on every sign-off.

Session summaries that write themselves Rolling out

What was covered, where the learner struggled, agreed next steps — drafted from the transcript, approved by the instructor, filed to the CRM.

Instructors stop writing notes; records stop being empty.

Explainable assignment Pilot start

Every booking shows why the instructor was chosen: skills, availability, load.

Fair to staff, transparent to admins.

Book a skill, not a person Pilot start

Pooled, skill-routed booking for instruction, with dual-host and pinned services.

Round-robin tools route sales calls; this routes teaching.

Smart rescheduling Rolling out

When a session is cancelled, the learner is offered the next open pooled slot that fits their past times. One tap to rebook.

Cancellations stop turning into dropouts.

Conversational rescheduling Rolling out

A learner replies "Thursday evening instead?" by text, WhatsApp or email and gets three slots back.

Booking goes where students already are.

No-show prediction Rolling out

High-risk bookings get an extra reminder or a confirm-by-reply step. Thresholds are yours; learners are never labelled.

Fewer empty slots without nagging everyone.

Engagement signals for retention Rolling out

See who has had no session in 30 days, who keeps rescheduling, who stopped showing up — with the evidence line.

The data your retention programme has been missing.

Agent-ready booking Rolling out

An API and MCP server so AI assistants and voice agents can book and reschedule under the same rules as the web flow.

Ready for the way learners will book next year.

Availability insights Rolling out

"Tuesday evenings are 80% full; one more paramedic tutor opens six slots."

Staffing decisions from real demand.

Draft your catalog in a minute Rolling out

Describe a service in one line; descriptions, intake questions and reminder copy are drafted for you to edit.

Faster setup for new organisations.
AI drafts, suggests and flags. People decide. Every suggestion comes with its evidence, every decision has a name on it, and you can switch AI off per service.
Why not a scheduler or an LMS?

Schedulers stop at the link. LMSs start at the course. Teaching happens in between.

Proof and design partner

Built with a school that books hundreds of sessions a month.

Sessionly is being built alongside an accredited online EMS school in Texas that enrols around a hundred students a month and runs tutoring, advising, competency exams and in-person skills labs across the state. Their workflow — Microsoft Teams, Zoho CRM, a part-time medical director who reviews exams on his own time — is the one we solve first.

FAQ

Before you apply.

What does it cost after the pilot?

A flat monthly price: $49 a month for organisations and $9 a month for individuals at founder pricing, with no lock-in — cancel any time. No per-seat fees, so adding instructors costs nothing.

Do I need to replace Zoom, Teams or Meet?

No. We create the meeting under your instructor's own account, so recordings stay in your Microsoft or Zoom tenant. Nothing about how you teach changes.

Will it work with our calendars?

Microsoft 365 is supported at pilot start; Google Workspace follows during the pilot. Instructors can connect several calendars, and busy time on any of them is never offered to students.

Can you move us off Acuity or Calendly?

Yes. We recreate your services and intake forms, set up your instructor pool, and give you new links before you switch the old ones off. Both can run side by side during the changeover.

Is this an LMS?

No. There are no courses, quizzes or content hosting. It is the layer for booking, delivering and recording live sessions. If you later need a learning platform, your learners and session history carry over.

How does recording consent work?

Services you mark as recorded ask the student to consent at booking, the meeting announces recording, and transcripts are kept for the period you set. AI processing can be switched off per service.

Who owns our data?

You do. Export everything at any time; recordings never leave your own video tenant; we keep references, transcripts and review decisions, encrypted per organisation.

What happens if we leave?

Cancel at any time, export your data, and your booking links keep working until the end of the paid period. No penalties.
